1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by Northbridge Review Systems (“Northbridge,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use the Northbridge Review Systems platform and SMS services.

2. Compliance Integrity & Non-Gating Policy

Northbridge is engineered for strict adherence to the FTC Consumer Review Rule (effective October 21, 2024) and Google’s Prohibited & Restricted Content guidelines. Our infrastructure is designed to facilitate honest feedback and private resolution without ever suppressing a consumer's right to public expression. Client agrees to maintain the "Simultaneous Dual-Channel" architecture provided by Northbridge and shall not attempt to hide, block, or prevent a customer from accessing public review links.

3. Client Responsibility & Conduct

By using the Northbridge engine, the Client (the business owner) represents and warrants: Genuine Data: All customer lists uploaded represent genuine service experiences. The use of purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists is strictly prohibited. No Incentivization: Client shall not offer discounts, gifts, payments, or entries into drawings in exchange for reviews, as this violates federal FTC enforcement standards. Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Northbridge Review Systems against any legal action, fines, or penalties arising from the Client's misuse of the platform in violation of FTC or Google policies.

4. SMS Program & Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent boxes on our forms, you provide express written consent to receive service-related, informational, and promotional text messages from Northbridge Review Systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Message Frequency, Rates, & Carrier Disclaimer

Message frequency varies based on account activity and service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send one final confirmation message. If you wish to join again, you must re-register through our standard onboarding forms.

7. Billing & Messaging Allotments

Monthly plans include an allotment of 2,500 messaging credits. To ensure zero interruption in review velocity, accounts reaching this limit will be automatically replenished with a fresh block of 2,500 credits for a flat fee of $100.00.

8. Termination & Data Portability

Northbridge operates on a month-to-month service agreement. Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Northbridge will provide a 30-day window for the Client to export their Interaction History and Contact Database before permanent deletion from our systems.
